We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to spearhead the transformation within our financial services sector. This role is pivotal as we embark on a comprehensive 5-year strategy, focusing on the Lending and Domains streams.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the product technology backlogs, guiding them from conception through to execution, with a particular emphasis on mortgages and related financial areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by thoroughly understanding customer and organizational needs, translating them into actionable product specifications.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, overseeing feature teams to enhance the delivery of product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to realize the company's product technology objectives.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including technology, design, customer service, and compliance, to ensure the successful rollout of products and features.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner with a focus on product technology management.
- Extensive background in the financial services sector, particularly within a technology framework, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer expectations.
