As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, providing regular supervision and training, and supporting the leadership team where necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a team of support workers
* Providing regular supervision and training
* Being part of and supporting the leadership team where necessary
* Working directly with the children, being a good role model to the team
* Taking on administrative duties as required by the home manager

Essential requirements:

* At least two years' experience in a leadership role in a residential childcare environment
* To hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Valid Right to Work in the UK
