We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Manager - Residential Childcare Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our residential childcare services.
About the Client:
Our client is a leading provider of residential childcare services, committed to supporting children and young people with learning disabilities. They are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support, and are looking for a Deputy Manager who shares their values and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential childcare services
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for children and young people
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of new staff members
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:
