Job Title: Deputy Manager - Residential Childcare

About the Role:

The Deputy Manager will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential childcare service. This will include:

  • Assisting with the management of staff and ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care to children and young people.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring that the service is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
