Operations Director Opportunity

The Shore Group is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their UK business. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and assuming accountability for project delivery.

This is a high-profile appointment for a prestigious Fit Out Main Contractor with a £200 Million + turnover. You will work closely with the commercial and pre-construction team to support financial planning and drive strategic goals throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a prestigious Fit Out Main Contractor in a leadership capacity, with a strong track record of growing the business and contributing to commercial strategy. You will be responsible for a project portfolio of at least £50 Million and will have experience executing and overseeing Office Fit Out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all construction activities and assume accountability for project delivery
  • Work closely with the commercial and pre-construction team to support financial planning
  • Drive strategic goals throughout the business
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-profile projects
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a prestigious Fit Out Main Contractor in a leadership capacity
  • Strong track record of growing the business and contributing to commercial strategy
  • Experience executing and overseeing Office Fit Out projects
  • Responsible for a project portfolio of at least £50 Million
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
