Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape the future of tenant engagement within the Council, leveraging digital technology to enhance engagement.
- Develop and implement a Resident Engagement Strategy and action plan, ensuring all teams contribute actively to the strategy and plan.
- Organize and lead tenant engagement events, ensuring they are well-attended, delivered on time, and within budget.
- Provide support and advice to tenants and leaseholders interested in organizing events across their estates.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
