Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Bathroom Fitter and Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom installations and repairs, working closely with our clients and tenants to ensure a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bathroom installations and repairs to a high standard, ensuring compliance with agreed standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with clients and tenants to understand their needs and preferences, providing a professional and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and decorating.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Core trade certification (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, tiling) and experience in bathroom installations and repairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • UK Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel to various locations.
