Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid 40 hours a week. We offer an excellent package of benefits, including:

Job Description

As a Luxurious Environment Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring safe operation of all cleaning equipment, and removing rubbish. You will also be responsible for cleaning resident's rooms and bathrooms, monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials, and building excellent relationships with all residents and visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with excellent work ethic, organisation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. If you are a friendly, outgoing individual with experience in a similar role, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
  • Ensure safe operation of all cleaning equipment.
  • Removal of rubbish.
  • Cleaning resident's rooms and bathrooms.
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials.
  • Build excellent relationships with all residents and visitors.

Location and Working Hours

Osbern Manor is located at 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 0SW. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with full-time hours and days shifts.
