Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success in the affordable housing sector? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell shared ownership or outright sale housing activities to deliver a proactive and tailored customer service.
- Ensure all homes are sold or let within the agreed marketing period.
- Coordinate and attend viewings of all our schemes, as well as open days/evenings.
- Prepare completion of sale packs and arrange to meet buyers at their new homes to handover keys and introduce them to workings of the home and development.
- Monitor sales progress and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator in the new homes sector.
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
