About the Role

Bridgeway Family Homes is seeking a skilled Child and Youth Care Practitioner to provide support services to families, children, and youth experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

The successful candidate will work in our Specialized Foster Homes, providing goal-focused services as an Independent Contractor, part of a collaborative team. The role involves transporting children/youth while providing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing services in Foster Homes and the community as an Independent Contractor
  • Transporting children/youth while providing services
  • Experience providing services to children/youth and/or families with various needs

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills. Knowledge of FASD, ODD, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses is an asset. A current background check (Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check) and driver's license are required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
