Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our finance team at Twentyfour Recruitment Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and archived according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Procure supplier rates and terms, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Manage Amazon orders and generate supplier statements.
  • Accurately enter and update financial data into accounting systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar administrative role.
