We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at CPR Recruitment Ltd. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Ensuring customer and supplier accounts are accurate and up-to-date through reconciliation
- Receiving, processing, and filing various paperwork, including invoices, expenses, and requests for payment
- Organizing project meetings and ensuring smooth communication
- Preparing and typing up documents, including contracts and other business-related materials
- Responding to business enquiries and providing timely support
- Drafting and finalizing contracts and other business documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in using Xero or similar accounting software
- Previous administrative or accounts experience
