About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Administrator to join our team at Hays Accounts and Finance. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily cash review, payments process, and treasury compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Treasury Operations team with daily cash review and payments process for debt and deposits.
  • Assist the team with input and maintenance of the treasury management system database (City Financials) and running of reports.
  • Ensure treasury compliance for bank account KYC and authorisations.
  • Assist with the preparation of debt compliance reports, including Directors Certificates and calculations.
  • Support Treasury Operations improvements to processes and systems.
  • Support Treasury administration, including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual, and archiving process.
  • Adhere to Treasury Policy.
  • Perform other ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the wider group Treasury team.
Requirements
  • Relevant treasury, banking, and/or payments experience.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to manage workstreams, self-review, and ownership of work.
  • Motivated and keen to problem-solve.
  • Responsive and collaborative team player.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
What We Offer

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract paying between £40 - £45k.
