Kennedys is seeking a Chartered Legal Executive to become a vital part of our Property, Energy and Construction team, focusing on managing a diverse caseload of property damage recovery claims.

Team Overview

Our PEC team is dedicated to handling insurance claims related to property, energy, and construction sectors. We provide essential support to insurers and reinsurers of major multinational corporations, addressing their global risk exposures. Our services include coverage advice and defense against high-value, intricate claims.

Clientele

  • Insurers and re-insurers.

Case Management

  • Overseeing property damage recovery cases.

Essential Qualifications

  • CILEx qualified Chartered Legal Executive with experience in insurance litigation.
  • Familiarity with market coverage work in Property, Energy, or Construction.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient technical and research skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
