Position: Legal Executive Assistant - Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Role Overview
In the capacity of a Legal Executive Assistant, you will deliver comprehensive support to the Partners and Legal Advisors within the Dispute Resolution & Litigation division. This position demands proactive engagement, outstanding organizational skills, and the capability to foresee and fulfill the requirements of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and accommodations.
- Assist in business development initiatives to foster client relationships.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for review.
- Complete dictations for various documents and reports.
- Organize both internal and external meetings and events.
- Oversee file initiation procedures and compliance checks.
- Manage client files, archives, and financial documentation.
- Process incoming correspondence and maintain contact databases.
- Prepare expense reports and manage invoicing tasks.
- Accurately update client contact information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive Assistant supporting Partners and a team.
- Experience in litigation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.
- Adaptable to change and capable of performing well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-centric approach.
- Willingness to assist in various aspects of Dispute Resolution & Litigation.
