Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising stakeholders, HR professionals, and senior managers on a wide range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases.
  • Advise clients on employment law issues, including contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement employment law strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and work with a well-planned, logical, and commercial approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
