Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload with a respondent focus, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Oversee settlement agreement work for executives, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Lead a caseload for an extensive client list, including a number of household names, and develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

About You:

  • You are a newly-qualified employment lawyer or have up to 4 years' PQE, with a strong understanding of employment law and its applications.
  • You possess extensive technical skills, including expertise in settlement agreements and caseload management.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to form strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
