We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team at Watershed. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on all aspects of employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employment law matters
  • Representing clients at the employment tribunal and the employment appeal tribunal
  • Helping clients transform their business by advising on complex collective redundancies, collective bargaining, and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) transfers
  • Working on and managing a range of clients' projects and dealing with their day-to-day employment matters
  • Building and sustaining relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years' Post Qualified Experience in a fees-based professional firm
  • Solid technical competence in employment law
  • The confidence to credibly advise senior managers within large organisations
  • Up-to-date with modern working practices and understanding of the day-to-day pressures busy managers experience
  • Personable and professional with the ability and drive to develop new business in a competitive industry
