Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in helping us grow and develop our services in employment law, maximizing opportunities and developing fruitful relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and Develop Employment Law Services

Help us expand our services in employment law, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to maximize growth and revenue.

Advise on Employment Law Matters

Provide expert advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including routine and complex cases, contentious and non-contentious issues, and all aspects of labor law.

Represent Clients in Employment Tribunals

Represent clients in employment tribunals and employment appeal tribunals, including carrying out advocacy and presenting cases.

Help Clients Transform Their Business

Help clients transform their business by advising on and participating in complex collective redundancies, collective bargaining, large-scale changes to terms and conditions, and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) transfers.

Manage Client Projects

Work on and manage a range of clients' projects, dealing with their day-to-day employment matters and providing innovative solutions.

Build and Sustain Relationships

Build and sustain relationships with clients, developing new accounts and providing innovative ideas about employment law services, technology, approaches, and methodology.

About You

We are seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer who has:

  • Experience in Employment Law

Experience in employment law, with a track record of working with large private sector businesses.

Post Qualified Experience

5+ years' post-qualified experience in a fees-based professional firm.

Solid Technical Competence

Solid technical competence in employment law.

Confidence to Advise Senior Managers

The confidence to credibly advise senior managers within large organizations.

Salary and Benefits
