Key Responsibilities:

  • Employment Tribunal Advocacy: Advocating on behalf of clients in employment tribunals, ensuring their rights are protected.
  • Support to HR Teams: Providing day-to-day support to HR teams, including conducting investigations, drafting correspondence, and advising on employment law matters.
  • HR Project Work: Assisting with HR projects, such as restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
  • General Advice: Providing general advice on employment law matters, including disciplinary investigations, grievance procedures, and redundancy programs.
