About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Planning Specialist to join our team at SSE. As a key member of our Energy Customer Solutions Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across SSE Airtricity and SSE Energy Solutions brands in Irish and GB markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with third-party agencies to develop, implement, and manage paid media plans and creative across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn etc).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to deliver maximum Return On Investment, ensuring paid digital campaigns are tracked end to end.
  • Adopt an always-on test strategy, considering ad copy, creative, and landing page optimization.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the ECS Marketing Team to align paid media plans with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad management platforms.
  • The ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives aligned with brand messaging and digital performance objectives.
  • The ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
