The Barchester Healthcare team is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team as a Bank Chef. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and create high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in creating menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Work closely with residents to tailor menus and ensure that their culinary needs are met.
- Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring that meals are prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
- Work within budget and manage stock control to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements- City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification in culinary arts.
- Experience in helping lead and inspire a team.
