Identity and Access Management Assistant Manager

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager at Anson McCade, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier services in the IAM domain. You will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of challenging projects, from defining IAM strategies and conducting IAM control reviews to leading large-scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains, aligning with client needs and business objectives.
  • Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to analyze enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Must be eligible for SC Clearance, ensuring compliance with client security requirements.
