Safety and Regulatory Manager

Main Purpose

To oversee the Safety, Health, Environmental, Industrial Quality, Security, and Regulatory requirements for Koura Global's UK operations. Provide expert guidance and leadership to plants, projects, and corporate offices by managing the SHE and Industrial Quality system across all company locations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To lead and manage the SHEQ&S teams and influence management teams to maintain and improve SHEQ&S standards.
  2. To identify, define, and implement SHEQ&S policies, standards, processes, and procedures to achieve world-class performance.
  3. To monitor and assess potential future Safety, Health, Security, Industrial Quality, and Environmental issues to determine their impact on business strategy.
  4. To develop and maintain technical knowledge and understanding of SHEQ&S operational activities to ensure sites retain their license to operate.
  5. To manage external interactions with regulatory bodies such as the HSE, EA, BSI, and Koura Global's corporate HSE functions to represent the company's position for SHEQ&S reporting, meetings, reviews, audits, inspections, and visits.
