About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at B&Q. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for administering all employee processes within company guidelines, policy, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience of using HR or payroll systems (SAP HR) would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience of supporting business change and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Keeping abreast of HR communications and updated policies and procedures, taking appropriate action
