**Job Title**: HR Coordinator - Level 6

**Reports to**:HR Services Team Leader

**Location**: Cumbernauld (Hybrid working model)

**What we're looking for...**

Provide a professional and efficient HR operational service.

**Your responsibilities will include...**

Responsibilities are varied and provide HR exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide efficient query management, escalating to HR colleagues as appropriate.
- Knowledge of company policies to provide first line advice to managers and employees.
- Support payroll activities as required to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance are achieved
- Support Continuous Improvement projects for the HRS team and document and adapt processes in conjunction with the full team and HR Central BP & HRS Lead.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation including pre-employment packs and contracts.
- Produce HR KPI’s and reports, including graphs and data, to support the HR Department’s continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring that we are GDPR compliant
- Ongoing data cleansing of records, systems and general data

You'll be passionate about customer service, a strong communicator and a brilliant team player. Other skills and experience required:

- The ability to plan and prioritise workload
- The ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines
- You'll enjoy working with systems and data
- You'll be tech savvy and have advanced Excel/Googlesheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- 1-2 years HR administration experience, preferably in a Payroll or HR environment
- Previous experience of using HRIS and/or payroll systems, is highly desirable Excellent excel skills and knowledge
