About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our Household Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to customers over the phone, discussing how we can enhance their digital lives and recommend the right products and services.
  • Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
