Position: Junior PA | Financial Services

Location: Central London

Compensation: £28,000 - £30,000 annually with excellent benefits

Luna Partners, a well-regarded firm in the financial sector, is in search of a Junior PA to offer comprehensive support to the team. This position will involve significant client interaction, making you the representative of the firm and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The role is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate will be organized and exhibit a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior PA include:

  • Welcoming and assisting all visitors
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Overseeing meeting room logistics
  • Handling incoming calls, including screening and forwarding
  • Ensuring clients possess all necessary information
  • Assisting clients with their online portal setup
  • Verifying completion of required documentation by clients
  • Managing client meal orders
  • Arranging transportation and accommodations for clients as needed
  • Collaborating with the operations team to address client needs
  • Processing client payments

The successful candidate will have prior experience in administrative or front-of-house roles within professional services. We are looking for someone who is not only highly professional and organized but also diplomatic, engaging, and self-assured.

This is a full-time Junior PA position based in the office.
