Customer Success Manager

At JAM IT Consultancy Ltd, we are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth through strategic account management, customer relationship building, and delivering transformation change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as an ambassador for the customer experience across all customer-facing departments, identifying and proposing customer success criteria and CX and UX opportunities within the bid process.
  • Adoption and Utilisation: Understand customer's usage and adoption of our solutions, identifying opportunities to optimise existing products and solutions, and driving customer satisfaction through ROI discussions and workshops.
  • Driving Improvements: Hold lesson learnt sessions to identify areas for improvement, set targeted action plans, and take personal ownership of customer escalations and painpoints.
  • Research and Insight: Proactively identify key research to maintain knowledge as a CX/industry expert, actively seek insight during customer interactions, and analyse data to identify win/loose customer trends.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced senior customer-facing professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation change projects through stakeholder management.
