The Fawkes and Reece team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our head office in Hampshire. As an Administrator, you will provide essential support to our employees, clients, and suppliers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately log and input data, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support and Liaison: Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, including mail management, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and other relevant software.
