Role Overview:
This position involves direct interaction with clients, necessitating the establishment of robust relationships within the construction sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate customer quotes for machinery using the software system/Salesmaster iPad Application, incorporating additional options for:
  • Attachments tailored to the application and machinery
  • Complete detailed machine specifications to fulfill customer requirements on all orders, including pertinent customer information
  • Incorporate any machine attachment needs to satisfy customer demands
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and installations of machinery
  • Enhance the company's construction sales and profitability in alignment with set objectives
  • Oversee the monitoring of customer account status and ensure timely payment collections
  • Update the CRM system for accurate sales forecasting
  • Adhere to all company health and safety policies and comply with company regulations as outlined in the employee handbook

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A proven history of sales success within the material handling industry or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and adept problem-solving skills
  • Experience in planning and forecasting customer sales calls
  • Proficiency in sales questioning techniques for favorable outcomes
  • A commitment to quality
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • A professional, positive, cooperative, and adaptable demeanor
  • A clean driving record and valid driving license
  • A full Fork Lift Truck driving license is preferred
