About the Role

We are working closely with a growing company in the finance sector to support with the recruitment of a Financial Transaction Coordinator. Reporting to the finance manager, you will be responsible for updating financial records, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update financial records with accurate and timely transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and investigate/resolve any financial queries
  • Ensure financial deadlines are met and processes are followed
Requirements
  • Be a competent ledger clerk with previous experience
  • Demonstrate a good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Be a proficient user of excel and have previous experience of finance systems
