Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounting clients, providing expert financial advice and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Plan and deliver financial services to clients, including accounting, tax, and payroll services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry developments, ensuring our services remain compliant and effective.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW/CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide expert advice.
- Proficiency in cloud accounting software, Xero, and Dext, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
