About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary chronic pain team in Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and formulations, as well as delivering individual and group interventions.

You will work closely with nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic pain. Your excellent communication and relationship skills will enable you to develop and foster conducive relationships with local and national clinical stakeholders.

As a Chronic Pain Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to provide advice and consultation on psychological aspects of pain management to other health professionals. You will also be responsible for advancing knowledge and practice of psychological theories and principles.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a British Psychological Society Accredited post-graduate doctoral degree in an applied field of psychology and be registered with The Health & Care Professions Council as a 'Practitioner Psychologist'.
