Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team at Exclusive Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all conference and banqueting operations run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all conference and banqueting events are delivered to the highest standards of quality and service.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of conference and banqueting operations, including event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their events are tailored to meet their requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of conference and banqueting staff to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Monitor and control costs, and ensure that all events are delivered within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conference and banqueting operations, and to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel or conference center.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and to develop innovative solutions.
