Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
- Proven experience in preparing management accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
