Resuscitation Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Resuscitation Service as a Resuscitation Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resuscitation training to staff and patients across our acute and community services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Resuscitation Team Manager to plan, implement, and deliver resuscitation services, ensuring compliance with organisational and national policies.
- Develop and deliver clinical simulation services to enhance patient safety and quality improvement.
- Support the Resuscitation Team Manager in managing budgets, ensuring financial governance, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to the Resuscitation Committee and emergency response teams, providing clinical expertise and support.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in resuscitation training and clinical simulation. Essential qualifications include Professional Registration (NMC/HCPC) and ILS instructor certification. Desirable qualifications include ALS Instructor or other advanced instructor qualifications, and the ability to speak Welsh.
