Resourcery Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team in North Wales. As a key member of the Management Accounts team, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to gain a broad understanding of day-to-day operations and add real value to the organization.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing financial statements to inform decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders

  • Assist with audits and tax preparation

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
