Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Dr Dobson and Partners in Rhyl, North Wales. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting healthy behaviors within our diverse population of 17,000 patients.
Main Duties
- Assist in the development and delivery of specialist primary nurse-led services, including promoting healthy behaviors and maintaining disease registers in liaison with administrative staff.
- Undertake annual reviews of patients and administer child and adult immunizations and vaccinations in accordance with national and local programs.
- Ensure safe storage, rotation, and disposal of vaccines and drugs, and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide support and encouragement to individuals, families, and groups to address issues affecting their health and social wellbeing.
- Liaise and maintain good working relationships with all members of the practice team.
