Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join our team at an inclusive educational institution.

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment where students can thrive and engage in meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to support students across various year groups.
- Provide individualized assistance to students, focusing on both academic and emotional needs.
- Facilitate small group activities to enhance social skills and learning outcomes.

Role Expectations:
In this position, you will work closely with students who require additional support, addressing both physical and emotional challenges.

Your responsibilities will include assisting students with their tasks and engaging them in sensory activities, all aimed at promoting their integration into the classroom setting.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, a solid understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and behavioral management strategies is essential.
