Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and anger management disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting their academic and pastoral development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
