Our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding beverage startup, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior National Account Executive to lead their growth initiatives within the grocery market.
Brand Engagement:
This brand is deeply engaged in the realms of Sports, Entertainment, and Music, collaborating with various Ambassadors to enhance brand visibility, supported by a robust social media strategy that reaches millions weekly.
Role Overview:
This newly established position is designed to:
1. Forge and nurture enduring relationships with key retail partners across the nation.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the Off Trade sector, effectively representing the brand and its unique selling propositions to secure additional listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a thorough sales strategy aimed at increasing market penetration within the grocery sector.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with key grocery and convenience accounts, implementing mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Drive sales performance to achieve and surpass targets, contributing to the overall brand growth.
- Immerse yourself in the brand's culture and community, serving as the brand ambassador within the grocery sector, and promoting the company's core values and vision.
Qualifications:
- Established relationships with major grocery accounts and a comprehensive understanding of the grocery retail landscape.
- A genuine passion for Sports, Music, and Entertainment, with a readiness to attend events and cultivate a relevant network.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on growth and market expansion.
