Job Title: National Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a National Account Executive, working with Vodafone's Channel Partners to deliver sales performance, commercial negotiation, and relationship management responsibilities.

You'll maintain and develop Vodafone's relationships with key retail and distribution partners, focusing on delivering continuous improvement and a first-class customer experience.

As a National Account Executive, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of our Pay-as-you-go and Voxi customers, products, competitors, partners, and the UK market to identify and deliver sales performance.

This role is field-based with UK-wide travel, including overnight stays and attendance at meetings in Newbury & London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Retailers and Distributors Partner relationships and be accountable for the Joint Business Plan agreed with each partner.
  • Drive improvement, product launch activity, and identify new business development opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Improve the quality and value of new Vodafone customer connections on The Nation's Network.
  • Effectively execute the Joint Business Plan and deliver against agreed sales targets.
  • Own and manage stock forecasts to support trading initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor Retail EPOS and ensure Commission's statement accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Commercial mind-set with prior experience in commercial sales.
  • Tenacious with a strong drive for results within a fast-paced sales channel.
  • Creative problem solver who responds positively to challenges, seeing opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders externally and internally.
  • Good knowledge of the UK Pay-as-you-go market.
  • Highly numerate and analytical, able to tackle complex issues quickly and accurately.
  • Team player with good organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in telecoms/technology industries or FMCG.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
