Position Overview:
Are you a certified Accountant seeking a role that will significantly influence the future of a not-for-profit housing organization and enhance the lives of its clients? As the Financial Planning Manager at Accent Housing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction through the creation and upkeep of our long-term business strategy and dynamic financial modeling.

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
In your capacity as Financial Planning Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Brixx modeling to analyze various scenarios, thereby developing and sustaining our 30-year financial plan. This will empower the organization to make informed decisions regarding its financial stability and growth prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
  • Supporting liquidity strategies by providing precise and timely cash flow data.
  • Delivering sector-specific insights and market analysis.
  • Utilizing your understanding of the business landscape to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Do you possess the qualifications to excel as our Financial Planning Manager? You should have:
  • A full accounting qualification.
  • Experience with Housing Brixx software.
  • Expertise in treasury management.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management principles.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A positive outlook and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Location:
The successful candidate will be based in our office. While team meetings will require monthly attendance, we promote a flexible working environment, encouraging remote work as needed to meet customer demands.
Compensation:
The competitive salary for this position is £61,253 per annum for candidates who meet all qualifications. Those who do not meet every requirement will start at a reduced salary.
