**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies for business growth, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, and preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and external auditors.
  • Implement effective financial control systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Make a positive contribution to automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with auditors and manage audit processes to ensure a smooth audit experience.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong track record of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in leading a finance team or exceptional leadership potential.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategize and solve complex problems.
  • Strong ethics and a customer-focused attitude.
