Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Liberty Global. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of finance professionals, identifying and managing operational and financial risks, and ensuring accurate accounting processes.

About the Role:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Financial Risk Management: You will identify and manage operational and financial risks, ensuring that our financial systems and processes are robust and effective.
  • Accounting Expertise: You will be an expert on accounting processes, ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will review and present financial reporting to internal stakeholders, providing meaningful variance analysis and commercial commentary.

Requirements:

  • Finance Experience: You will have previous experience in finance and management accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial systems.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Professional Qualifications: You will hold a professional accountancy qualification, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
