Job Summary:

This role involves managing the re-procurement of legal services frameworks and providing expert guidance on procurement activities to clients within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the re-procurement of existing public sector legal services frameworks, ensuring compliance with the latest Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024.
  • Drafting of procurement documentation such as specification documents, notices, advertisements, explanatory materials, SQ, ITT, pricing schedules, quality questions, scoring matrices, and contract documents.
  • Offer guidance on potential challenges and support the execution of frameworks, including the management of Access Agreements, Framework Agreements, and Award administration.
  • Provide ad-hoc procurement advice and guidance to clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of the Procurement Act 2023, Procurement Regulations 2024, and "Light touch services" procurement processes.
  • Proven experience working within public sector organizations, particularly in managing professional services or legal services contract frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with colleagues at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy and organizational skills.
