Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Farr Associates Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager and the team with daily functional accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of sales ledger and work at a fast pace
  • Post and reconcile sales ledger transactions
  • Process debit/credit notes and respond to customer/supplier or internal queries
  • Ensure supplier accounts are settled within terms
  • Maintain and reconcile Direct Debit mandates
  • Prepare cheque, BACS, and TT for payment
  • Reconcile supplier statements
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's relevant accounts experience with sales and purchase ledger
  • Highly organized and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

  • A competitive salary of £23,500 with an additional £4k earnings
  • Great benefits, including 25 days holiday plus banks and Christmas Closure until the New Year
  • Hybrid home working 3 days a week and onsite parking
