As a Luggage Porter/Door Person, your role will include:

What qualifications are needed for a Luggage Porter/Door Person? Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting guests upon their arrival, greeting them warmly, and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. You will also collaborate with the Concierge team to manage luggage transfers to rooms and communicate effectively with the Front Office team. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid UK Driver's license is required for this position.
- Previous experience as a Luggage Porter, Door Person, Receptionist, Concierge, or Guest Services Agent in a 4/5-star hotel is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and information simultaneously.
- A commitment to achieving results, working collaboratively within the Kimpton family to deliver personalized experiences and genuine connections.
- A warm, approachable demeanor, coupled with a proactive attitude and dedication to service.
- A willingness to work as part of our team to uphold our service standards and delight our guests.
