About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our pastoral team as a Pastoral Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and providing excellent support to students and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the pastoral team, including managing student files, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with families and staff. They will also be involved in supporting students and staff with pastoral issues, including providing guidance and advice as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the pastoral team, including managing student files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with families and staff regarding pastoral issues, as directed by the pastoral team.
  • Support students and staff with pastoral issues, including providing guidance and advice as needed.
  • Maintain student files online and in cabinets.
  • Be the first point of contact for year group enquiries and manage relevant mailboxes and shared drives.
